I drove down to the end of Long Beach Island to check out the Barnegat Lighthouse. The Atlantic Ocean and Barnegat Inlet were putting on quite a show, with waves crashing, water spraying, and the wind doing its best to style my hair for free. Even from about twenty feet away, my car got sprayed like it was part of a storm.
The temperature has definitely dropped, only about 40+ degrees, and it feels colder when the wind joins the party. Funny enough, tomorrow morning it’s going to be even colder in Tallahassee than it is here on the Jersey Shore, dropping down to 29 degrees. When Florida is the colder option, you know the weather’s confused.
